I was born and raised in New York's capital region. Not gonna lie, one of the best ways to pass the time on a miserable winter night is to spend time with friends at a local watering hole shooting some pool, shooting the breeze and knocking back some shots.
The Elbo Room is one of the divey-est of dives and where some great times were had.
